  • Returned with original packaging, tags, and all included components

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
  • We do not provide prepaid return labels
  • A valid tracking number is required for all returns
  • We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged return shipments
  • Returns without tracking or prior approval may not be accepted

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are only available within the 14-day window
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Refunds may be denied if items are not returned in acceptable condition

5. Store Credit & Exchanges

  • Returns between 15–30 days are eligible for store credit or exchange only
  • Store credit does not expire unless otherwise stated
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • Price differences may apply for exchanged items

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

After review, we may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund where appropriate.


7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards or promotional credit
  • Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

8. Return Approval Required

All returns must be approved before being shipped back.

Returns sent without authorization may:

  • Be refused
  • Not be refunded or credited
  • Be returned to sender at the customer’s expense

9. Inspection & Right to Refuse

We offer exchanges to ensure customers are satisfied with their purchase while maintaining fair and sustainable business practices.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Exchange Window

  • Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery
  • All exchange requests must be approved before items are sent back
  • Requests made after 30 days are not eligible for exchange

2. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for an exchange, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Returned with original packaging, tags, and all included components
  • Approved by our team prior to return shipment

3. How Exchanges Work

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer store credit as an alternative
  • If exchanging for an item of higher value, the customer is responsible for paying the price difference
  • If exchanging for a lower-value item, remaining value may be issued as store credit (if applicable)

4. Return Shipping for Exchanges

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • We do not provide prepaid return labels for exchanges
  • A valid tracking number is required for all return shipments
  • We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged return shipments
  • Exchanges without tracking or prior approval may not be accepted

In these cases, we will prioritize a replacement or exchange at no additional cost where applicable.

When will I receive my refund or store credit?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or store credit.

  • Once processed, your bank or payment provider may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the funds to your account
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only

2. Store Credit Timeline (15–30 Day Returns)

If your return is approved for store credit:

  • Store credit is typically issued within 1–3 business days after approval
  • Credit will be sent via email or applied to your customer account (depending on your checkout system)
  • Store credit does not expire unless otherwise stated

3. Important Notes

  • Processing times begin once your return has been received and inspected
  • Items that do not meet return requirements may not be eligible for a refund or credit
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are not reimbursed
